The Bayreuth Organic Brewers are the Brewers and the brewer Brauerei Gebr Maisel. The specialty brewer Bayreuth is certified according to the EC Eco-Regulation, and the organic farming association, which strictly regulates regularly and independently monitored. Ecological economics of organic farmers from the region provide the raw materials for the Bayreuther Bio-Weisse, which invites the beer connoisseur, and consciously to enjoy the natural taste.

The smell of fresh, fruity and slightly spicy aroma of cloves blended with hints of vanilla and banana. Bayreuther Bio-Weisse has that typical wheat beer characteristics to the palate, before the subtly fruity flavours unfolded.
