Maisel’s Weisse Hell – 5.1% ABV
Even when the signal pouring gold and yellow, very slightly reddish colour and the fruity-fresh smell of Maisel’s Weisse Hell a wonderfully refreshing wheat beer experience.. Due to the special composition of wheat and sun-light malted barley, fermented and matured with a special Weissbier yeast, unfolds in a balanced bouquet of different fruit flavours of ripe banana to a slight citrus note, which is at departure with the typical spicy, pleasantly yeasty wheat beer flavour.

Maisel’s Weisse Original – 5.2% ABV
The careful selection of the finest wheat and barley malt gives Maisel’s Weisse its bright reddish amber colour and the generations of brewers brewing the traditional bottle-fermented with yeast from their own pure yeast gives it its unique character.
The fresh smell of yeast and fine pleasant fruity notes combines the start with a mild flavour from the malt, fruit and clove aroma and a touch of nutmeg. Then unfolds what is for Maisel’s Weisse a typical, slightly fruity, spicy wheat beer flavour.

The smell of fresh, fruity and slightly spicy aroma of cloves blended with hints of vanilla and banana. Bayreuther Bio-Weisse has that typical wheat beer characteristics to the palate, before the subtly fruity flavours unfolded.
